The procedures used to improve the shape of the nose in Cosmetic Surgery are known as rhinoplasty. On occasions an operation is performed to improve breathing, repairing the nasal passage, known as septoplasty. When this procedure is carried out at the same time as the nasal treatment it is called rhinoseptoplasty. Rhinoplasty cannot be said to be one specific kind of intervention.
